BUYER BEWARE!! I made a very expensive mistake engaging with this despicable company. With a very high-pressure sale, I agreed to hire Greenix to initially treat our yard for bees. The conversation moved quickly with also agreeing to have ants, mosquitoes, tics, and fleas treated. I was promised in no uncertain terms; no pests would be in existence for an upcoming outdoor barbeque. After about three weeks and no sign of successful extermination of ants and mosquitoes, I contacted Greenix, and they promptly scheduled a reapplication but explained it may take three to four weeks more for the pests to fully disappear. Certainly not what I was told by the high-pressure salesperson, Tad. Weeks later, still ridden with ants and mosquitoes, I was informed a technician would be at my home for the

I especially appreciated Derrick’s expertise as a branch manager; he clearly understood the issue and developed a thoughtful plan to resolve it. He also provided peace of mind by encouraging me to call him directly if I notice any further activity. Having that kind of personal professional relationship is invaluable.

This is the worst pest control company. I have been with them a year and still have mice. This is ridiculous $500 contract fee. $50 for every visit $250 to seal the outside. Complain about the work they doing cause you still have mice they recommend sealing the inside. I’m confused cause yall sealed the outside like 8 months ago. And treat outside and inside on regularly . The mice are still in the house. I’m no expert on mice just don’t like them. So please make this make sense for me.
