Luis - the owner seemed to be a nice guy. He took care of my irrigation problem once before, was reasonable on price and I've called the second time to expand the sprinkler system. He is very busy so I was asked to wait about 10 days. How surprised I was that after waiting 10 days he forgot completely about my project and if not for my phone call to ask him where he was he showed up at 3 PM (after another job) stating that he needs additional parts (What? You visited my site 10 days ago and already new what this project needs...) Long story short - did not come back, did not reply to the phone call. Left me Hi and Dry!

Luis was recommended by a friend who is a landscaper and I could not be happier with his expert service. And the price was lower than other quotes I got. Luis repaired my existing 5 zone irrigation system. It is wonderful to see all the sprinkler heads working! He also expanded it with two new heads and a couple of faucets and fixed a valve that had been cracked by freezing due to an improper shutdown. He really knows his stuff and made several excellent suggestions regarding how to lay out the new sprinkler heads and faucets and about what parts to use. My irrigation system needed a lot of work. We bought a house with a 35 year old irrigation system that had not been run in 12 years. And, when Verizon buried their FIOS cable in my yard they cut the irrigation pipes at several places.

After seeding our entire front yard (which has been a giant dirt desert since we ripped out a bunch of bushes that have seen better days and grading the yard properly away from the house) one of our sprinkler zones decided to stop working. I figured that there was an issue with the valve, but didn't have time to diagnose/fix the problem myself. I called around to a bunch of places (of course early May is one of the busiest times of year) and many were telling me that it would be at least 2 weeks before they could get out to us.
