I had a fantastic experience with Greenpro Rug Care. Howard and his team were punctual and conducted themselves with the highest level of professionalism. The results they achieved on my Persian Rug were extremely impressive. Not only did they surpass my expectations, but they also shared helpful advice on how to maintain it effectively. I am immensely grateful for their help, as it made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Their outstanding service caught me off guard and I am thoroughly impressed.

I have a delicate, hand-woven rug from India that I was nervous about having cleaned. GreenPro Rug Care treated it with such care and expertise, and the results were spectacular. They removed years of dirt and restored the vibrant colors without any damage. Their professionalism and attention to detail were evident from start to finish.

This place is the best- they absolutely crushed it! They got right back to me with an accurate quote for a thorough cleaning and blocking and even offered me a nice rug pad as an add-on in case I needed one. (I didn't need one this time, but it was nice to know they offered this service.) Everyone I spoke with at Greenprorug care restoration was professional and easygoing; they picked up the rug at my home and delivered the clean rug--with no need for a reminder-- at the exact date and time they promised they would. I'm seriously blown away by their level of customer service, and their expert cleaning ability. They came highly recommended by my friend who used them in the past, I knew our rug was dirty, but I barely recognize it now- in a good way! The colors are so vibrant and brilliant.

Didn't show up on time, unprofessional, rude, didn't actually perform their job. All were extremely hungover and tried to kidnap the dog. Had to chase them out with a broomstick
