GreenPro Services Inc. is without question the most careless and unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. They have been to my property three separate times for the same issue, and every visit has left my yard looking worse than before. They were instructed by D.R. Horton’s Cincinnati division to fix the slope of my yard, remove large rocks from the topsoil, and level out the dirt mounds. Instead, they graded over my survey pins all three times, ignored clear directions, and destroyed what little progress was made. This last visit they actually graded my neighbor’s yard by mistake. The crew didn’t arrive until 6 pm with sundown at 7:09. I expressed my concern that they wouldn’t be able to complete the job. They assured me they would. They didn’t finish until 8:30 pm having to work with minimal lighting in the dark.The next morning when I inspected the lawn, I found numerous gaps in the seams.Obviously hard to do quality work when you’re in the dark. I sent a video of the lawn with all the gaps to the company. NO response. Not impressed.

Its been a month now since they installed sod and seed in our newly bought home. The sod is patchy and our lawn is so bumpy because they installed it right after it rained. Also, some of the plants they put is dead in spite of daily watering. Tried contacting them but they insist that I should contact our home builder and they are the one who will contact them.

If I could give zero stars I would, they did the sod and landscaping for my new build and they just put almost a truck load of mulch down instead of dirt. All the plants died within a month of being planted from being in just mulch. Avoid at all cost. I didn't get a choice and got stuck with them doing the lawn service. They put sod on one of my neighbors house that was completely dead from the moment it was installed. Zero effort in actually providing quality product. Go to a local landscaper

Review update They contacted me and came out and over seeded the bad areas These photos are taken the morning after installation- Pointed the poor quality out to my PM that morning and voiced concerns - response from GreenPro was I didn’t water enough- it has been watered MORE than enough - all areas are zoned and receive 6 hours of watering per 24 with soaking rains as well- and they don’t stand behind the product - I expressed my concerns to the crew AS THEY WERE INATALLING IT that it looked DEAD! Do not use Numerous people in neighborhood have same issue with the installs they had that day and others had to have theirs replaced with same outcome in neighborhood.
