El Paso Greenscape did a terrific job rehabbing our front yard and repairing our sprinkler system in the backyard. They are very attentive, friendly and professional.

I am writing to formally address my disapproval with the way GreenScape El Paso Landscaping has managed my project and the lack of communication I have received. In May 2025, I hired your company for cement laying, pergola installation, and gate door installation. At first, the project moved forward as expected, but after I paid an additional $2,000 at Ricio’s recommendation, the workers stopped showing up. Despite multiple requests, I have not received an updated invoice reflecting this payment. The last update I received was on August 1, 2025, stating there was a supply issue with the gate. Since that time, I have made numerous calls and sent multiple text messages seeking an update, but no one has responded. I have also been unable to reach Ricio directly. This complete lack of commu
