GreenScapes Lawn and Landscaping

I cannot encourage anyone enough to never use this company. Our neighborhood has used them for at least the last four years. Not only have we dealt with damaged landscaping, gates, and sprinklers, gates being left open when we have animals etc…. But I have also begged and pleaded with the company to let us know when they will be doing our lawn care so we can plan ahead with our dogs and children. Despite being told by the project manager multiple times we will get a phone call, we never have. I have never felt so ignored or disrespected by a company which we pay an astronomical price for through our neighborhood HOA. Avoid at all costs.

GreenScapes Lawn and Landscaping is a terrible company to hire and I hope you read this review before you do. I live in a local condominium complex in the heart of Louisville and our property management company hired GreenScapes Lawn and Landscaping to come and do some work on a tree that was naturally leaning toward a building in our complex. Instead, they sent a foreman and a crew who had trouble communicating and the result was severely trimming back a tree that was in no way harming our property. I'm providing pictures to back up my claim. You can clearly see the tree leaning in the background. This is an absolute horror story for buying my first home. I’ve fought and fought with the owner, because the work that was contracted by the seller of the home I bought was never completed. The owner of Green Scapes beat around the bush swearing the work was done and when I provided proof that it was definitely not, he was hesitant to come out. (I have pictures of the whole process 🤷‍♂️) and is now threatening to take out a lean on my a 22 year olds first home because they refuse to do the work they are contracted for. Great customer service, extremely knowledgeable on all my landscape needs. Designed our landscape and installed irrigation and sod. Our yard and landscape is the talk of the neighborhood now. We can’t wait for them to do our backyard once the pool is in. They’ve checked on the project 2 and 3 times a week since the work was completed.
