Greenscapes began service in September 2025, and since then Summit Place Community has seen tremendous improvement. The property has been beautifully maintained and thoroughly inspected for weeds, with careful pruning and trimming that has given our community a cleaner, more organized appearance. We have received so many compliments on the mulch installation, and the overall organization and execution of the project have been outstanding. The crew is friendly and professional — they wave every day and are always courteous to residents, which truly makes a difference. The ABSOLUTE WORST Landscaping Company in SWFL. They allow their crews to do whatever they want on property WE OWN. greenSCAPES "customer" service deserves NO STAR. First - OF COURSE - I was assured something would be done. And I waited weeks!!! And now, I am DONE waiting. When will you address the ineptitude of the GREENSCAPES trimmers who desecrated the bushes in our alley way? Do you honestly think I'm gone to be satiated by an offer to "fill in" the area that's been desecrated by YEARS OF INCONSISTENT AND HORRIFIC "landscaping?" THINK AGAIN!

Carlos the manager has been absolutely amazing with help regarding our landscape in orange blossom. Our HOA is useless and so rude to us in our subassociation. He always responds professionally and promptly to our questions and we are really looking forward to finally having a landscape company & Carlos the manager here to help us. Thank you again. I was having my car detailed in the driveway. My detailer explained that Greenscape was going to test their sprinklers. He asked if they could wait 1 minute, so he can put his equipment away and move my car inside the garage. They turned on the water immediately and it soaked all of his equipment and gear.. He asked for 1 minute! And they laughed in his face. Extremely disrespectful! No honor. I have zero respect for this company.

As a visitor to Verona Walk I am impressed with the maintenance and beauty that Greenscapes maintains in this large community
