In June 2017 I hired Greenville Aluminum to install a 10x12 screen room on my back pato. They did a good job and I was pleased. Cost was $3531.00. In Feb 2022 I had them come out and give an estimate to remove the screen room and build an enclosed sun room with double pane windows and storm door. The original awning wasn't replaced. The cost was $7864.00. It took several weeks for the materials to be shipped. A couple months after completion was finished one of the windows had a leak at the top and water soaked my porch. Had to put a trash can and towels under to window to catch some of the water. After multiple phone calls complaining and needed someone to PLEASE come out and fix the problem They finally came and inspected and saw the problem and said someone would be out to repair. They

Greenville Aluminum Products is amazing. I had been searching for a company to replace the front porch awning that had been ripped off by hurricane winds a couple of years ago. When I met with one in particular the agent said there was no way they could cover the whole porch. I had it extended after the hurricane. But when Mr. Larry came out from Greenville Aluminum he surprised me when he said that they would cover the whole area. Even the part where I have a ramp. That was totally unexpected. Not only did they do an excellent job. The price was far more affordable than the others. Especially considering the extra coverage needed. I purchased my Awnings back in April '22. It has been almost 5 months and they yet 2 return 2 make the repairs on the leaks I have running down on 2 the porch. I wouldn't have got the Awnings if I wanted the rain all over my porches .They (Larry) has told me several times he would get back 2 me and would not leave me hanging. Larry, you word is useless. Make sure your work is correct from the beginning, because they WILL NOT RETURN NO MATTER WHAT THEY SAY. I am going 2 repair myself, but I paid you 2 do it...g
