Greenville Carpet & Supply did a great job last year on binding two small pieces of carpet I wanted to use as area rugs. Very affordable also. The owner was friendly, helpful, and professional. I would definitely use again.

Extremely horrible customer service & relationship. In my option as a business owner your customer should be your #1 priority! What business doesn’t offer it’s customers a refund or even an exchange 1 day after a purchase. True certain things can’t be returned but we as consumers make mistakes in purchasing and if a product was untouch and unopened a simple return or exchange would only be fair!! Not at this business and with the attitudes in this store I can almost guarantee they want be in business for long!

This place has saved me more times then I can remember. Even when I shopped 12 other places, each and every time, they've given their best. Straight forward, no games. If you know what you want or what you need, they will get it! Grateful for them!!!!!

Great customer service, very friendly, responsive, timing and quality of work was perfect. Bought carpet from Lowes to use as large area rug. These great folks bind the edges. Absolutely perfect finish..!!! Saved $$$ hundreds doing it this way... And these guys made it possible...

Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. When I walked in the door and mentioned what I needed, the owner remembered I had called and took the time to answer all my questions and show me options. I really appreciated the help and advice of what I needed and didn’t need to waste money on. It’s nice to see a well run family business. I recommend this business for all your flooring needs!
