This company has terrible customer service. We have had issues with them in the past but have not put up a review, because as fellow business owners, we understand how reviews can affect your business. Now it has gotten to the point that we feel like others should know how bad their business is run. When you have an issue with a gate or fence they installed, they are NOT helpful at all. In the past, we have had to go online and research issues and fix it ourselves, because they are so slow to respond. We recently had an issue that required a licensed professional to fix, but they told us that it would be several weeks to get someone to even get out there to look at it. I purchased a new fence from Greenville Fence Sales, which was completed this month. They were very up front about their current jobs load, and that the lead time would be 3 weeks before they could start my installation. The installation was completed on time, however, and I am very happy with it. Larry, the owner, was great to work with and provided me with several options at the estimate phase.
