Wanted to have it work out, but it just didn't! Charged $1,016 to recharge A/C system. Nothing changed. I was actually wondering if something went wrong during the recharge. The A/C would not pull down any better than it did before their 3 pounds worth of "recharge". They decided the system needed to be replaced. He verbally quoted $11,000. I said I needed to get a second opinion before committing to such a high dollar amount, but please get back to me with an actual quote. After no communication for a week (lower 90's without upstairs a/c), I called him & gave him a chance to tell me why I shouldn't leave him a bad Google review. He said he sent me a text message. When I double checked (while still on the phone) & said he sent nothing, he told me that I should know how it is - "

They are fixing 3 of our vents. Very communicative and knows what they are doing. Would use them again if we have another HVAC issue. Good business. Great people!
