Greenville Mechanical LLC Called them to come to my home to change 2 filters. 2 men came. They were there maybe 45 mins no more than an hour! I just got my invoice the charge is $287.00 for 2 $6 dollar filters! Trip charge is to be expected! What is the other $231.00 dollars for? Honestly when I spoke to the person on the phone I asked what she thought it would cost me! If I knew it would cost nearly $300 I would have done it myself. I never ever thought it would be anywhere over $175. If that! But $287!? I emailed them and I called I asked to speak to the person in charge and I was sent to an answering machine! I left a VM. I wanted to make sure that this does not happen to anyone else! Get a detailed quote prior to getting these folks in your home. I am shocked my this! I would definit

1 star is too much for this company.....Called for the service to look what is the problem our A/c unit. He didn't discuss the problem and said fix the 1 unit problem and other has fan issue and give me estimates of $1400 so start arguing why you fixed the problem without discussing with me. So he started yelling on me. Then he left the premises. Later on I discovered that he stole my A/c Fan. So I try to contact him but he didn't replied me back. They are totally UNPROFFESSIONAL. I suggest to stay out of them.......

Terrible! lied to me on the phone when she found out I was not a local. I guess they have enough business. Good luck with your future, customer service and business model you won't be in business too long.

If I did business like these people do theirs, I would be run out of town
