Greenwell home services was assigned to me via my home warranty (American Home Shield) and I am SO grateful they were the ones to help me. They're local and family-owned which put me at ease. Candy was great about scheduling, incredibly kind and responsive. Justin, the technician was timely, knowledgeable, friendly and immediately fixed the problem. He got my home cool again and also gave me some solid tips and material recommendations for fixing my car's AC. Thank you so much Candy and Justin!!!

Curtis came out fast to replace my broken unit. His guys are very detailed oriented and they made sure everything was 100 percent before they left, Lisa is also very pleasant to talk to on the phone and tries to answer all my questions. They even responded to me on a Sunday.

A buyer's agent asked that I clean my AC unit which I had Airserve do after an Inspection to meet Inspection requirements. Buyers agent asked greenwell to come in and inspect behind air serve and greenwell, listed all kinds of things wrong and said the air serve didn't clean it. Airserve came back to inspect that it was indeed clean, went to Greenwell personally and asked owner to meet him. Which owner of Greenwell did not do. I was also assured that it was agreed that the unit was running correctly. And that's what would be stated, and then turned around and reported all kinds of things wrong, causing a third party Deeck to now come out because Greenwell refuses to fix what they say is wrong. This is holding up the closing of my home because they went out of their way to point things out

This company’s vehicle dinged my wife’s car in a McDonalds parking lot. After confronting the driver, she indicated that she felt like she was being scammed. Her passenger admitted to hitting our car and apologized. The Greenwell employee, who I found out later is a Greenwell Heating and Cooling owner was difficult to deal with even though the evidence was there. I had to end up calling the Cops to file a report. After receiving the report I started working with the companies insurance agent. Their insurance company was also difficult to work with and declined our claim. I called Lisa Greenwell and spoke with her at her Heating and Cooling business to let her know her insurance company declined the claim even though her passenger admitted to hitting our car. Greenwell Heating and Cooling installed the heating and a/c system in our new home built in 2018. The installer's work was very clean and neat. We had a problem with the outside temperature gauge after we moved in, and Curtis came out quickly and replaced it. We have had no issues since. We are very pleased with our system.
