This started when our home inspector flagged some masonry issues during a refinance appraisal that we honestly had no idea about. Apparently several courses of brick on the chimney and along one side wall had deteriorating mortar joints that needed attention before they would sign off. We were kind of scrambling to get it done quickly and called a few masonry contractors but most had long wait times. Greg was able to get us on the schedule within a couple weeks which saved us from delaying the whole refinance process.
