This company was dispatched to me through a home warranty contract. An appointment was made and the serviceman called and said his GPS had him 40 miles from my home and he could not come because it was close to knock off time. He asked what the problem was and I told him and he made the conclusion that my warranty would not cover it. We made a new appointment and he showed up. I showed him the problem light switches and he again said they were not covered. He never removed a cover or looked at any wiring. He just kept stating he knew it was not covered under my warranty. So I asked if he knew what plan I had bought. He said no and I said then you don't what my warranty covers. By this time I had enough of this guy. He had wasted two afternoons of my time because of his ineptitude

Gregory Electric was recommended by my House Insurance Company. This time Eddie came and did a professional job analyzing repairs needed to a 250 volt socket. He treated my wife and I with due respect by phoning ahead to indicate when he would arrive. Thank you Eddie!

We agreed they would install a few switches on a Friday afternoon. A small job. I waited all afternoon and called them a few times that afternoon and even that weekend. Even emails. No show and no answers. They could not even have the common courtesy to take a few seconds to cancel and instead they chose to let me waste my time trying to get them to do the project they agreed to do. This company does not deserve to be in business and I will never contact them again!

Sent someone to my home he removed my washer to get to my breaker box never placed the water hose how he found it so when I used it and came back to garage. The garage was flooded water was coming down the wall from the water hose from washing machine. On top of that the electrical outlets he never placed back how he found them so I have exposed wires around the house. Called the company to complain receptionist was nonchalant about the whole situation.
