Greiner Well and Pump

Chad was GREAT to work with. He answered all our questions via phone & through texts with very quick responses. He gave us a much more reasonable price quote for all the work he would have to do for our 2 hydrants that weren't working (including digging up one of them & replacing it) & replacing the pump in our well compared to multiple other businesses we contacted for price quotes. He arrived, had the work completed within a few hours of arriving & came to complete the job just a very few days from contacting him. He arrived on time (actually earlier) & for all the work he had to do; he was very respectful of not tearing up our yard (besides the work he had to it) especially since it had just rained the night before he came. He came prepared with all the supplies/equipment he would need,

Wouldn't waste my time with these guys. Called them to look at some work in maybe June. Came out and I aggreed to have them do the work, said they'd be back the next week. Two weeks later I call and he said he got busy and to bear with him, never heard another word after that, never showed up. Just your basic liar, wouldn't trust anything they say.

We were without running water for almost 2 weeks during the bad winter storm. Chad came quickly to help us get our well working again in the cold weather. He was knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend him!

Answered my text with a phone call on a Sunday evening and was able to have my well pump and a bad pipe replaced the next day which happened to be the day before we received over 2ft of snow. Our livestock would have been without water through the storm and Greiner Well & Pump were able to make sure this didn’t happen. Thank you!
