Josh has a great team of people working for him. I've met 4 of them over the last two months. Ryan came out and took a look at my dying system and managed to limp me through to the spring. Josh came out and helped me with what system i should go with. Today Sears and James came out and installed my new system. They did an awesome job doing the install. Both of them were professional and courteous. Top notch work from all of them. Thank you.

Our very old house needed mini splits put in. The guys from Griffin came out and made it happen! There were probably 7 or 8 guys here. Dion,Kenny, and Billy are the names we remember, but all of them were so kind and professional. They loved on our dog and cleaned up after themselves when they left. Definitely would use them again.

To Josh, I'd give you 6 stars if I could! To Diamond and Ryan, I know it's your job, but your promptness, politeness, and professionalism was on point. My wife and I really appreciate the help and suggestions for the future so we could keep on enjoying our 4th celebration at our little piece of heaven (even though it had gotten as hot as the place opposite of heaven!!!). We needed a new hot water heater quickly! Josh and his team responded immediately and the next day installed our new heater! The technicians were so friendly, courteous, and professional.
