Griffin Heating & Cooling

Our old gas furnace suddenly stopped giving us warm air. We called and they came out the morning of the next day. Wes tested it and it was working again. Two days later it stopped. I called and within three hours, Wes was here again. He tested it very thoroughly and it turned out to be two sensors on a little bit of board. He found a new one within the hour and put it in. By 1130 am, we were back in business with the warm air. The price was very reasonable. Wes is a great person. He is kind and well spoken. I trust him. We will need a new furnace someday because this one is 23 years old. He gave us good advice. Griffin is a good company. They seem to have a good team. We will call them again when we need help.

We used this company for commercial service. On the first call out they said there was no problem. They disregarded one of our female staff members telling them about the issue. On the second call they "found" the problem, but afterwards they refused to credit us for the first service call despite an obvious issue. We will not use Griffin again. The single upside was that their second technician was very professional and helpful. I wish their management operated with the same sense of integrity and professionalism that some of their techs demonstrate.

Their office staff answers their own phones vs “nationwide answering service” who never call back. They had a technician call me within an hour or so (this during the hard freeze we were having & how busy they were). Tech was here same day!! HVAC system installed ASAP. Arrived exactly at time promised. Very friendly, helpful, even helped with what I consider over & above!! I also had an electrician here for something I did. They also came same day, repaired same day & again friendly & over & above!! Highly recommend this company!!!

I have used Griffin Heating and Cooling services for years and can not speak highly enough of their integrity, expertise in their work and knowledge even in the most difficult cases. They also value their customers. Big applause for this company.

Griffin Heating helped us with our mini split system after the hard winter we had. Griffin wasn't the original installer, but they came out and identified the issue and worked directly with the manufacturer to determine that the warranty was still in effect. They were very prompt and professional about getting us on the schedule and hitting the timeline we needed. We very much appreciate the help Griffin Heating gave us and would definitely recommend and use them in the future. Thanks guys!
