Griffin Tile & Marble Inc

Griffin did all the work on our home a few years ago when we did a massive remodel. We recently contacted them to come redo a tiled balcony that has failed. Without explanation, we got a call back that they simply won’t do the job. Unprofessional and unreliable.

I had spent weeks trying to find someone to do the tile in our bathroom and laundry room after a flood. Griffin tile came out very quickly to give us an estimate, and once I signed the quote, they came out the next day, and started work. Very professional, very courteous, and super quick. The price was much better than I thought it was going to be. Very satisfied. Would recommend to anyone.

Called and told them what I was interested in having done and she said someone would call me back and price the job. Never heard back from anyone and to me, that's bad business and says alot about mgmt and possibly warranty issues if they do actually show up and do the work.. Disappointing

Brent was very professional, friendly, and efficient. He installed a kitchen backsplash and fireplace surround for us in two days and we could not be happier with the results. The craftsmanship is top notch.

Brent and Austin were awesome! We will absolutely use them in the future! Amazing work that was executed efficiently, and the guys were so respectful.
