I’ve been trying to reach Griffin Well Drilling Company for over a week and haven’t had any luck getting through or receiving a call back. I understand businesses get busy, but some communication would have been appreciated.
Our well went out the day before Thanksgiving. Griffin Well Drilling was the only well service I called that could help. They drilled a new well (in the snow), and we had water in just a few days. Great guys, highly recommend!! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
Our holding tank cracked leaving our family without water. Griffin came out within a few hours of calling and had us back up and running before we even got home from work. Highly recommended and very pleased with their service. Thank you!

Scott from Griffin well drilling was the only one of six companies I called, to respond , when our pump quit. He said he would be at our home within the hour and was there promptly. After assessing the problem he went right to work. Pulled and replaced our 50 year old pump, wiring and the pipes that held the pump He and he's assistant were very polite and efficient, finishing in about 2 1/2 hours. The price was very reasonable for their work and we would definitely recommend them. Our sincere appreciation!
