10/10 best in NOVA! They have wonderful customer support and you get to talk to an actual human on the other end without waiting on hold for 30 minutes like competing companies in the area. We switched to Griffith from Superior Propane and couldn’t be happier with the service so far.

Do not do business with these folks. Their techs are rude and don’t know what they are doing. They let a problem with my boiler fester for two years and either didn’t identify it or didn’t want to fix it. Luckily my plumber was able to diagnose the problem and when I called to let them know about it, the customer service representative was rude and condescending. I finally just had my plumber fix the problem even though I had been paying for a service contract with Griffith. They also over charge for oil and delivery was slow. Once I switched to a new company, I had better prices and faster delivery. I will never do business with these folks again.

Great service yesterday and today (1/8 and 1/9) from Lee Smith and partner whose name I didn't get. He took the time to carefully diagnose the problem with my furnace, explain it to so that I understood what was wrong, and make sure that everything was working smoothly before he left. They both also tolerated/engaged with my somewhat annoying dog. Thank you. Christine Becker

Waited 5 days under contract for tech to show. No heat. Burning wood in insert and electric heater. Gent showed said he can not legally work on issue. Issue oil line under house broke. He contacted MDE and I had to remediation the spill. Cost 11.3 K. They oil spill people next day replaced 29 feet of line. The gent from Griffith had only 10 feet of line on his truck. I explained the on the first call to Griffith and second call and third. Now I get calls from China (I guess) about renewing the contract. And bills in the mail. Capt Mike

We had a wi-fi thermostat problem that was very difficult to diagnose...and repair. Lee came out to offer his assistance and solved the problem in under an hour. A seasoned, experienced and professional technicians is what we needed...and what we got. Good job, Lee!
