Im not a review type of person but this place we had replace our kitchen living room and hallway with flooring and our upstairs with all new carpet. The upstairs carpet looks great the flooring on the other hand is not a yr after having the floors done their were gaps all over and the guy nailed the shoe trim or quarter round to the floor itself not to the base board so its not a floating floor like it should be so the gaps are popping up everywhere the original installer came and made a mess which the owner did have a cleaning lady come and clean it the trim work which we paid for was not stained the correct color so i did it myself but after a yr and the gaps in the flooring got worse and worse i called and the owner was trying to put blame on the manufactor of the flooring and so on and

We bought carpeting at Hometown for four of our rooms in March of 2024 and they did an excellent job. Hometown Flooring has quality carpets, reasonable prices and quick turn around from the time you place your order. Jay and Craig are pleasant to do business with. We referred three people to Hometown that are all very satisfied. All four of us had the same installers and they were awesome as well! Nice to deal with an honest business!

I am happy to say I had a wonderful experience with Hometown Floors in Schererville from start to finish !! Craig and everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable !! I had a Pergo tile floor put in my kitchen that I love. It is so soft and comfortable to walk on. The installation was exceptional !! Thanks to everyone who made it a pleasurable experience !!

Yesterday we had carpeting installed in 3 bedrooms/family room/stairs and landing. The installers did a fantastic job. I shopped around and Hometown had the best price. Even the person who came out to measure was very nice and professional. You can't beat Hometown floors. Thank you Jay and Craig!
