Griggs Ace Hardware in Kennewick

I went to harbor freight looking for a bit extractor, they have them but I didn't want a whole kit, just needed 1, so I went to ace next door, I don't generally shop at ace. I was also looking for a power strip that can turn on and off each outlet individually. I found the extractor bit I needed, 20 bucks, and I asked the employee to unlock the item so I could purchase it she told me it needed to be brought up front. I'm irritated about it but oh well I guess, as I went looking for the power strip another employee followed me around watching me. Every isle I went down he followed like im some kind of thief. In general if feels pretty terrible to spend your money at a place that treats you like that. Last time I'll ever shop there.

I ordered a key fob. Dan helped get the correct one ordered and was so friendly and kind in setting it up to work. My trip was enjoyable and I would definitely keep shopping here. I also noticed another employee being very helpful and mindful of giving good service.

Not too happy about finding a pair of Carhartt gloves for $58.99, and the same pair online [from Carhartt] at $45!! Might be a bit of a price discrepancy...

These guys rock. I'm always greeted when I walk thru the door. You can't say that about some other box stores.
