The booking process was incredibly easy, and he arrived right on time. It’s hard to find someone this honest and efficient—he diagnosed the issues quickly and didn't try to upsell us on unnecessary parts. If you want someone reliable who gets the job done right the first time, call him!

Mike did a great installation and was more than reasonable about keeping his end of the bargain when it turned out that our old oven wasn't worth the cost to repair by helping us find a new one. Also Mike was very personable and explained things like relocating the gas valve or modifying it with respect to code and in order to help our new unit fit fully in the space. I'd recommend Grimm Appliances to anyone.

What a difference! I had previously gone through the painful experience of G.E. (*generally expensive) "customer service," dealing with the ungoing disappointment of this Home Depot-purchased GE Profile top loader washing machine. After running some tests, I was given refreshingly independent (free of corporate Bull...) perspective on the options for this appliance. Grimm Appliances is GREAT! After being extremely disappointed with Sears Warranty Service, I called Grimm and they had my washer running again within 4 hours! Excellent response and workmanship!
