If there was a way to give less stars I would. Their work might be good, I wouldn't know because they didn't actually complete any for me, but they sure charged me $100 for it and there was no up front conversation about a minimum charge. They receive one star for customer service. Literally, no work was done because they said more demolition was needed, ok fine. He was here for 30 minutes or less, we had a conversation about what would need to happen, and he left. Then a few weeks later I get a bill for $97 for an hour of labor. After a call, they were completely unwilling to adjust, even after I offered to pay half to cover the 30 minutes he was there. I called numerous electricians and no response. I called Grimm Electric one time and Bob was out the next day. I asked for 3 different quotes and he was quick to respond. He set the job up with Ameren to install underground power line. The electrician he sent out (sorry did not get his name) was awesome. He worked constantly only taking a 10 minute break to eat. He did a really nice job. Bob and his team were a blessing!!! If anyone needs electric work done this is the company to go with. Thanks again Grimm Electric!!!

Prompt service. Professional work. Labor costs as expected. I recommend you request quotes for parts before labor starts. Considerable and surprising mark-up on parts that is avaricious.

I have used them several times at both of our businesses and they were always on time and took care of everything at a reasonable price. I'm getting ready to call them for something else!
