Grimshaw Tree Service

Excellent experience with Grimshaw Tree Service. The manager met me for an estimate, which was thorough and reasonably priced. We just moved into our house and opted for pruning all the dead branches around the yard to improve safety and aesthetics. Leif gave advice what we’ll need long term but didn’t try to oversell services. Scheduling with the office was simple. The crew arrived on time, used high quality equipment and safety gear, and they each approached me and introduced themselves. They cleaned up all debris and the yard looks great! Will definitely call them again.

First time using Grimshaw Tree service and I cannot recommend them more. We ordered two loads of firewood and the firewood was very high quality (10 out of 10). Perfectly cut, perfectly seasoned and the highest quality varied species hardwood. They deliver the firewood in large fabric pouches (understandably you have to return them) using a bobcat like vehicle anywhere you need on your property. Very efficient and professional team. They are the definition of excellence! Going forward I will be hiring them for tree service and our yearly firewood supply!

Amazing service provided on 8/20. Very pleased with how attentive the guys were to ensuring we were satisfied with the pruning of our beautiful oak tree. They did this all in the rain and cleaned everything up so well. Definitely will be in contact again soon for additional work. Thank you!

A little past midnight 12/30/2025, I heard what I thought was an explosion! The noise was from a large tree limb that fell on my house, after calling police, who called the fire department, who called a building inspector, I was cleared to stay in my house! The next morning I called Grimshaw Tree Service and told me they could be there early afternoon that day! The crew arrived and gave an assessment and went to work, I did hear a comment we’ll have to get creative! Before I knew it small branches were being trimmed, ropes and pulleys were being used to get the job done! This was a crew that worked like a a well oiled machine the way they worked together! They did take care to make sure not to do additional damage to the house, like part of the fallen limb coming through my glass sliding

Grimshaw tree service is exceptional. More than happy with the results of our yard. The team was wonderful! From the initial visit to get the quote, right down to cleaning up our driveway after they were done. Pete is a really nice guy, very knowledgeable, and willing to answer any questions we had. He even taught our kids a few things about the birch tree they cut down. We can’t say enough great things about this crew. We will definitely recommend them to everyone we know!
