Grindstone heating and cooling responded almost immediately to help us when our furnace boiler broke down. When it became evident that we needed a brand new boiler, they gave us a great price and expedited the installation to get our heat back on in our house. I can't recommend Grindstone Heatin and Cooling enough. During the coldest part of winter my furnace quit and I was already overwhelmed with a family member in the hospital. Grindstone Heating & Cooling immediately came to my rescue. They were professional, fast and most importantly, incredibly kind and understanding of my situation. They didn't take advantage of the emergency situation, instead they fixed the issue quickly and honestly, allowing me to focus on my family member. They truly care about their customers. Tyler was very nice and didn't mind sharing what he was doing. Checked everything I asked about and more. This is my first winter by myself and put my mind at ease about the condition of my furnace. Offered some suggestions about better heating. Will definitely keep Grindstone number in my phone. Everyone was friendly and professional, they seemed highly recommended by everyone. I had high hopes, however I'm still sitting here without a working furnace 2 months later. They diagnosed a bad control board, and I paid them to install a replacement. Furnace kind of worked for a day or two and stopped. They were too busy to come back out. I ordered a third control board and replaced it myself. Again, it kind of worked for a day or two and stopped. They were once again too busy to come back out. This started before Christmas and we're now in the last half of February. I'm nearing $2000 in extra electricity from using space heaters while waiting, and they've been too busy to ever come back out again. The point in hiring a well-rated professional was so that I didn't waste money running

Grindstone was great from our first call through our initial service calls. I appreciate the time that was spent getting us heat and hot water for the Thanksgiving weekend. We will be having additional repairs taken care of within the next few weeks. Thank you for your help and professionalism!
