10 drawer box delivered with cracked/split wood across the entire bottom of the box. I’m disabled. Customer Service offered me $75 off the sale price. Or I could repack the box, take it to a shipping store and they would send a replacement. I’m unable to lift the box alone and get it into and out of my car. $75 isn’t worth considering—not for a premium product. Poor quality control. Poor customer service.

Guy was super friendly even though it was only 5 minutes to close! Drove all the way from Portland to Bellingham to get a bandsaw!!

Top notch customer service. Bought a piece of equipment that had a defect and Grizzly provided terrific customer service to make it right. Very happy with my purchase

No weekend hours is absurd. You're ignoring a bunch of customers who live out of town and can only make it not during the regular week. Even just partial Saturday hours would be reasonable. 11-5 or something like that. This place is losing out on a bunch of potential business. Would give more stars but given that they aren't open and don't want my money at all, 1 star seems fair enough.

Jim, and Zack have both helped me on multiple occasions. I appreciate being taken care of, and these guys are on their A game everyday. Thanks guys for being helpful and knowledgeable, and thanks to GRIZZLY industrial for operating here in Bellingham Washington 🙌 🙌 🙌 maybe one day I’ll make a guitar as cool as Shiraz !
