I hired them for what should have been a straightforward septic tank pumping, but the entire process was a disaster from start to finish. First, they showed up late—over two hours past the scheduled time—with no phone call or update. When they finally arrived, the crew seemed unprepared and disorganized. They didn’t explain what they were doing, and I had to ask multiple times just to get basic information about the service. Worse, they left a mess in my yard—ruts from the truck, spilled waste, and tools scattered everywhere. Grobler Septic did a great job for my mom. She was very pleased with the price. They are very quick to give estimates. You don't have to wait days to get a quote. They are good at what they do and work very hard. I recommend this company you will be satisfied.

This is the best Septic business all around in Mills County. We had them come do ours and let me tell you. These guys are very professional, time efficient, do a really great job all together.
