I had a deck built. It is nothing short of a complete failure. From post footings to no landing to boards not even nailed down. Sued and won but he has no assets. He promised to make it right...it’s been 2 years. He lies, never arrives when he puts something “in stone”. Just awful., unreliable and unprofessional.
Built deck that had roof, leaked very bad . Had to spend 4thousand dollars to fix didn't complete the job
