I know timing played a roll in it but we went from a quote to installed in less than 24 hours. Don came to our house yesterday and went over absolutely everything with us in detail. He had a lot of different packages in a wide range of prices. He never once tried to upsell us into products we told him we had no interest in. He even custom catered a plan for us that was what we were looking for in terms of a package. We asked a lot of questions and he answered them all in terms we could understand. The technicians showed up on time and the installation looks great. They wore boot covers the entire time even in my basement where it’s not necessary. There is zero mess left behind.
