Grok Services is topnotch! Contacted them late last night about my hot water heater leaking and by this afternoon a new one was installed and old one was hauled away. Carmine and Kevin did a great job explaining everything to me and were very professional. Very easy company to work with! Highly suggest their services!

Grok Services came out same day as my hot water heater gave out and was leaking in my garage. Rob was fantastic. He showed up on time and gave me a quote for a new water heater. It was almost 5pm and Rob assured me they would get it installed immediately. I was very impressed with his knowledge and skill. The owner even showed up after 5pm to help get it installed! That’s great service and a true leader to help his employee. Thanks for the help and great service. I highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future!

This is absolutely the most amazing customer service I’ve ever received from any company for any service anywhere. My water heater broke and needed replaced. From the first call with Carmine, to Jimmy coming out to assess the issue, and then the actual replacement with Carmine, Jimmy and Kevin, it was absolutely flawless.
