Groulx Mechanical recently installed a new furnace and central air-conditioning in my home. Their work involved replacing my 33-year old furnace and installing (for the very first time) air-conditioning in my 54-year old home. After receiving and evaluating four proposals from local HVAC companies, I chose Groulx Mechanical for several significant reasons. In their proposals, all of the companies except Groulx indicated they would have to cut holes in the drywall ceiling of my guest bedroom in order to feed the linesets from my furnace room to the outside A/C unit.
