Staff was friendly and helpful but the product was not desirable. I got 1 yd of topsoil put in my truck on Sat morning with plans to use it Sunday. (They used to be open Sunday) When I started shoveling it out I started finding huge clumps in it! When I tried to cut them apart I discovered it was clay! Just what I need in my yard, more clay! I have pcs from a golf ball size to 10"! Buyer beware....

Nice people, nice mulch but HORRIBLE top soil. Definitely not screened topsoil. Had so many rocks/pebbles in it. Just picked up a yard of top soil from a different place and it's night & day the difference..... 1st photo is their "screened" topsoil. 2nd photo is from different place (what "screened" topsoil should look like)... I spent 2 whole days removing rocks from this yard, just to put them all back in with their topsoil.

The Yard wrecked my 2024 Chevy Silverados bilateral quarter panels paint job. Use Heavy caution when dealing with The Yard or their owner Jeff. They will damage your property and leave you to eat the cost. They have young inexperienced kids loading yards of crushed concrete for them. The truck does have a short bed however the young man loading the crushed concrete came in at the wrong angle and dumped it all down the side of the truck. I got out of the truck mid dump and asked him to please stop. I told him to please adjust his angle and that he was completely missing his target. He replied it was a good angle and continued to finish his pour. Afterwards I noticed all the paint chips on both sides of the truck. I reached out to the owner Jeff. Received 3 yards of screen topsoil. Was told that there might be some rocks in there. After screening the topsoil myself, about an eigtht of 3 yards is rock, glass, and tile.

Unhelpful people. Last time the driver had no problem dumping into the flower bed. This time bosses son had an issue and gave us a ton of extra work. Had attitude as soon as he arrived. Product is very low quality and mixed with a bunch of garbage
