Crew was great. Kind and respectful. Hard workers. Project manager Pete Henslin was awful. Spoke to me like I was a stupid child and when I was trying to explain the problem he would interrupt me yelling at me and telling me it's not his first day And he knows what he's doing but wouldn't listen to anything I was trying to tell him and yelling so loud at me the neighbors came out of their house to see what the problem was. Super disrespectful. We were never notified that they were even coming in the first place. Contracted through Pulte homes so unfortunately I wasn't given the option to choose who did the work but I certainly wouldn't have chosen this company.

Ground Tech came to me highly recommended. Family owned, hardworking and honest! The management team and their staff are professional, respectful and very good at what they do. Nowadays when you need work done in a timely manner, (to meet code and pass inspection) it can be difficult to trust that people are working honestly, efficiently and also reasonably pricing their work. Those worries are obsolete with Ground Tech. They were transparent with recommendations, pricing, expectations and process.
