BEWARE THIS PLACE IS A SCAM ALONG WITH REVIEWS!! The charges came up as SP Duct Duct Cleaning. They sent someone out who made an absolute MESS. My entire basement was covered in clouds of soot, now we have soot all over EVERYTHING in our basement. No attempt to contain the mess, we asked if we should move stuff before he started and he said no. We were told a price of $99 for a chimney sweep, a tech came out & said an additional $500 for excess soot in the chimney and furnace... he said he would be back in a few hours & didnt come back until the next day. When he was done he took his money & hurried out before we saw how bad it was. We called the next day for a refund & was told they could send someone out to try to clean up... we said no we wanted a refund & were hung up on.

The chimney cleaning was a fantastic experience. The technician has extensive expertise. The task was finished quickly.
