GroundMasters has been our preferred service partner at our 65+ acre assemblage of property at Broadway and I-25 which includes the Denver Design Center for years. GroundMaster's customer service is top notch and the entire team from Kim the General Manager, to the office staff and most importantly the in-field personnel are not only extremely knowledgeable, but a pleasure to partner with. I’ve worked with a lot of landscape and snow removal companies over the years but Groundmasters/SMS is truly one of the very best. I’ve never had a surprise bill - Kim and Eric always make sure I know what’s happening at my properties and if there will be an above standard charge for irrigation repairs or dying flowers. Their communication is proactive, especially in advance of snow events, their levels of service are outstanding!
