Groundscapes of Lincoln

I really wanted to like Groundscapes and give them a great review. And don't get me wrong, they seem like really great people. HOWEVER, I called regularly over a series of months to get placed on their snow removal list - this legitimately took them 3-4 months to get name, address, email written down and listed correctly. Ok, finally we get on the list and it seems like everything should be good to go for the winter, no harm no foul. Except when the snow came they never arrived to remove the snow! Anyone in Lincoln will know it's snowed A LOT this winter and they have yet to show up to remove any of it. We've had to rely on kind neighbors to plow the steep driveway when Groundscapes should have been there to do it. I give two stars because I really can't judge them on their service seeing

They helped deliver and place our boulders. We absolutely loved working with them, everyone was so kind, accommodating, professional and patient! Would highly recommend them to everyone!!
