Groundworks

This was the easiest project from beginning to end. I would absolutely recommend this company for basement issues. I needed to be proactive before real damage occurred. I worked with Evan T to see and understand the water issues I was dealing with. Between extended conversation and short videos, this was an easy decision to move forward. A big THANK YOU to Nick, Gilbert and Andy...defined the A-TEAM.

We just had a patio slab polylift project completed this morning. The entire process was excellent. James, the salesman, explained the entire process and negotiated a fair price. The 2 technicians, Rob and Stacy, showed up on time and performed the work in a professional manner. They explained what they were doing and were very careful of the surrounding property. The worked together great as a team and were friendly to speak with. They cleaned up and left the site neat and debris free. Slab was returned to the original high and gradient. Bore holes are almost invisible to the casual glance. All 3 are shining examples of valuable employees that makeup a successful company. I highly recommend this company to everyone.

I had my annual maintenance done yesterday and I just want to say how great Micah was. He was very polite and professional. When he arrived the first thing he did was to explain the system to me and point out and describe what each part was - very helpful info. He took the time to answer my questions and went 'beyond the call of duty' by removing a dead mouse. I am very pleased with the entire experience and hope that I will be able to have him service my account again.

Antonio Lopez did an exceptional job with our ground works and structural repairs. He clearly specializes in basement waterproofing, crawl space repair, foundation repair, and concrete lifting, and it shows in the quality of his work. He was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, completed efficiently, and done to a very high standard. Reliable, skilled, and trustworthy—I would highly recommend Antonio to anyone needing serious foundation or waterproofing work done right.

Our experience with Josh from Groundworks was great. He came out this morning to take a look at our issue and walked through several different options on what would be best. He talked through all our concerns. And left us feeling informed as we navigate what decision we'll make. Cannot recommend Josh enough!
