Groundworks

I paid $33,000 for foundation work that was never completed. The first section of the house was not done correctly and required them to come back out to fix their own work. After that, the company completely disappeared. I have emailed and called multiple times and have received zero responses. At this point, I’ve been ghosted after paying a substantial amount of money, with no explanation and no resolution. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere before trusting this company with a major project.

Curtis and Brent demonstrated exceptional professionalism throughout the entire process, taking the time to clearly walk me through each step of the work. They treated my property with great care and respect, and finished everything according to schedule. I would highly recommend their services without hesitation. Please continue the outstanding work!

Update- I'm changing my 3 star review to 5. After posting the experience I mentioned below I got a call from Groundworks and a crew was dispatched to set things straight. The foundation adjustment took two visits to get it fixed right, but this was clearly explained and communicated. Not only did they repair my A/C drain but the rerouted and buried it too. You can really judge a company based on how they react to a mistake, and Groundworks worked hard to make it right. Prior review for full disclosure- Here is my experience with groundworks. The initial sales pitch was decent but a little questionable in parts. The salesperson said that steel rod foundation repair was the only option used in every other state aside from Texas, which after doing some research it was clear that several

Terik, Tyler, and Ian were very good hard workers with great team chemistry. Ian showed great leadership and direction with the preceduries of job in a very timely basis. They were very respecful and hard working. I would recommend groundworks to everyone! Very happy with the work they provided.

William Brunson came to my house to evaluate it for foundation repair, and it was easily the most transparent, simplified experience I’ve had with a home repair contractor, to date. He was personable, courteous, thorough and set my expectations for the next steps appropriately. This company appears to have a great model for delivering quality customer experience. I was very impressed and will likely move forward. Pricing is competitive and financing options are attractive.
