Groundworks

Groundwork’s took excellent care of the issue we had with water in our basement. Our house is built on ledge and it’s 150 years old. Terrence Murray, Terrance Murray Jr and Izayah Ramos (also another young man Jonathon) did a fantastic job installing a drain system and sump pump. They kept me informed throughout the job as to what and why they were doing something. Final inspection was very professional and clean. Highly recommend this team of Pros!

Ground works did a fabulous job for our home. Our detached garage was sinking noticeably and causing us much concern. Project manager Alberto along with Rui and Thomas secured it and were able to lift it level. From the first consult with Mike to the finished project, we couldn’t be more pleased. Highly recommend Groundworks!

Had these folks come out to the house to hopefully solve a drainage issue in my driveway at garage door. they were on time and friendly but because of the driveway issues they had trouble making a smooth transistion into my garage, there was a bit of a bump getting in and out of the garage. My wife has a little Smartcar, i have an audi a5 (low to the Ground) I wasn't satisfied, i sent an email and some pictures and recieve a note back from a supervisor that they would be out to make it right. The Problem wasn't their work it was more my uneven driveway near my garage doors. They devised a way to make it with a much smaller transition into the garage. It meant basically digging up the work they had done initially and putting in 4" PVC pipe along with the drain and some plumbing to make it

Great experience with Groundworks from start to finish. Scheduling the appointment was easy, the reminder call/text beforehand Kept it on our radar. Robbie, our technician arrived promptly, and he could not have been nicer to us and our dogs! He worked briskly and efficiently, and gave us a full report when done (Fortunately, for us – all systems green and go!). We have not had a problem with our basement, since they (Formerlybasement tech technologies) Completed the initial work ~ 15 years ago. A well earned excellent rating for this company!

Second year in row having service technician Archie Boone perform the annual service inspection for our sump pump system. Archie is always extremely professional and conducts and thorough and clean inspection. Always willing to answer questions we have and explain any new or changed product offerings to further improve our current system. Confident knowing our system is good for another year after his work.
