From start to finish, everyone at Groundworks was very professional and easy to work with when I needed three support posts installed in my walkout basement. Pricing was waaaay better than I thought it would be. Mitch W came to check out what I needed and provided an estimate on the spot. He was able to work with me to adjust a few things to my liking. Eric O, Westley P, Colby S fully explained things along the way and were able to answer all questions I asked. I would highly recommend you contact them before you hire anyone else, even if it’s just to get an estimate to make sure your contractor is giving you honest pricing.

From start to finish the whole experience was very positive. I worked with Michael A for the estimate and he did a great job explaining the estimate and the system he was installing. He also assisted with scheduling the project with the timeframe that worked for me. The foreman that ran my project, Eric O was very informative and courteous also, Colby S and Wesley P were assisting with the install, they quietly and respectfully and very efficiently worked in my crawlspace.leaving everything clean, which I greatly appreciated. Would definitely recommend Groundworks to anyone needing waterproofing in their basement or crawl space.

Groundworks company came for our annual inspection and I have to say, it was the most thorough inspection of any exterior inspection type we’ve had done in the 35 years of living in our home. Pierson White, service technician, was very thorough and saw things that would have otherwise gone unnoticed had it not been for his attention to detail. I am extremely pleased with the team at Groundworks! We have been having increased issues with water flooding the basement over the last few years. We have tried many approaches but nothing helped. Talked with Tyler Holcomb who came out (way up in Northeast PA) did a thorough assessment, quote, etc. I was satisfied with his explanation of how to fix the issue and the company’s guarantee policy so we moved forward. We scheduled the install at my convenience. Groundworks Team with Kyler, John and Josh came (again a long distance) each day for three days and completed an excellent job of remediation.
