Ralph is one of the best contractors I've ever hired. Not only is the workmanship excellent, but he is hardworking and committed to exceeding expectations. He works tirelessly until the job is completed. He's also methodical in terms of informing the customer of any issues he finds as he's removing fixtures and tiles. If he sees anything in bad shape, he stops to show you, taking photos, and will make recommendations to resolve issues properly. Whether or not he can do it, what it takes, or if it's necessary to bring in someone else with the proper skills and tools. He knows what he's doing and I trust Ralph implicitly. I'll always hire him for this type of work going forward. He's a reasonable guy and I highly recommend him.

Ralph, the owner, worked in our bathroom and kitchen for hours today removing and replacing new grout. We have never had a more professional job on this before. It all looks brand new!! He was on time, so pleasant and cleaned up immediately when finished. Highly recommend him and will definitely line him up for future jobs! Thanks again Ralph!!!!!!! Pat
