I had a leak in my shower floor, and called Brandon at Grout Masters to take a look. He came by once to take a quick look and then schedule a follow up appointment for the following week. He took up some tile and said that the repair was beyond what he typically would do. He said he would not charge me since he wasn't able to do the repair. I was very impressed with his honesty and decency. He even gave me the name of a tile repair person who he thought could help me out. Although he did not do the repair, he was prompt, honest, professional and trustworthy. I would hightly reccomend him.

So thankful I found this company. Brandon gave me a quote based on my videos and pictures and came in and did the work in a few hours! I looks beautiful! My shower was over 20 years old so I needed the whole thing pulled apart and regrouted. Terry did an amazing job.. it looks like new again and a lot cheaper than getting a new shower put in. Very professional and reasonable pricing. Will definitely use them for my other bathroom.

I picked Grout Masters because of their 5 star ratings. We weren't disappointed. Brandon came and looked at the job, gave us a quote and answered all our questions. We set up an appointment. I reached out to Grout Masters, LLC after an unsuccessul attempt to fix the grout in the bathroom myself. Brandon took my call and came out the next day to look at our bathroom and discuss options for repair. We received an estimate the same day and scheduled an appointment for our main bathroom to have grout repaired and color seal in tub/floor area. Terry came out to do the work. Terry was very professional, timely, knowledgeable and very kind. He did a great job on the bathroom. We then decided to have the older bathroom redone the following week. Terry once again came out to grout the entire tub tile area and color seal the floor. Feb 2025. Groutmasters just completed another job for us and once again, they did a fantastic job. Terry was meticulous, pleasant, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them. March 2024 .
