They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was installed correctly and running properly before they left. What really stood out is that they went above and beyond by adding an access panel to make it easier to reach my electrical panel in the future if any work is ever needed. That extra effort shows they actually care about doing the job the right way, not just getting in and getting out. Jeremy and Dustin did an outstanding job on my duct work and HVAC system. . Jeremy knew exactly what needed to be to be done and gave me options and optional pricing for what I decided on. I had an issue installing a WIFi thermostat. Jeremy called me and walked me through each step for installation. I was able to install it and connect it to the internet. Best service! Will always use this company for my AC-Heat needs!

Brian was AWESOME! My wife said that he was very thorough and professional. I wasn’t at home I was taking care of something else. My wife did call me on my way home and said that the upstairs unit wasn’t running. I called Brian and asked him to go back to our house and he did. He returned and as he was leaving, I arrived home and talked to him for a minute. He explained everything to me and stated that he was going to have to order a Zoom Board and would let me know the price and when he could come back for install. He just texted me and stated that he’s coming back out on Saturday morning at 9 am. Cost of parts, labor, and testing fees is $600. Brian is an AWESOME technician. I like him a lot! Grovatt Mechanical was very responsive to setting up a day, to resolve my AC issues. Jeremy quickly diagnosed my AC, and replaced the capacitor. He also checked out my HVAC system. Jeremy was very friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and was very fairly priced. I highly recommend them.
