Grove Energy

I only have one experience with Grove Energy. The customer service that I got today from them was not good. It takes a team, no one person better than the other person. I know that it is hard work but it’s good to work. Customer service goes a long way. Holly, they was calling you. So hopefully you guys will get in touch.

I have been very happy with Grove Energy for years. Deliveries are made in a timely manner, and all I come into contact with -- via phone and the delivery person -- are concerned, helpful, and professional. I have peace of mind in keeping my family safe and warm all winter long. My family has used Grove Energy for our home heating oil supplier for many years now and they are reliable and courteous. They have even delivered our oil on the same day when we "accidenty" ran out! Very kind, caring and dependable folks!

This is what you get when you order coal from Grove Energy in Osceola Mills. They only dumped NOT even half in our coal bin, and the rest outside of it. I called them and he said it would be an xtra $9.00 a ton to have it put in there. When I called to order it I even told them that we always get it dumped there. They have NEVER had a problem doing this before. He said it needed to be specified when I ordered it, well I did tell them... They SUCK, and lost a VERY good customer. Not satisfied at ALL. I tried putting the pictures on here but I can't see a place to add the pictures. It's rediculious!! They we're VERY rude to me on the phone when I called to tell him about this. Like i said, they lost a great customer.
