They're definitely service dog friendly here. I swear every employee petted my son service dog with his permission of course 😉. We ended up picking up two fans from this store. I was amazed at how great their prices are here. We plan on coming back onat another date to pick up some more. Will probably pick up some chandeliers as well. They have a pretty good priority here of things to choose from. There's always someone available to help you too if you need it. Check out is pretty quick as well. Definitely a spot I suggest check out sometime.

These guys are simply the best, and are what every hardware store should aspire to be. You walk in, grab a number like at a deli, and are helped by knowledgeable staff who answer all of your questions and walk you over to the parts you are looking for. They only carry high quality stuff, and a lot of it is made in the US. They are such a breath of fresh air compared to big box stores, and it brings me joy when I get to come here!

Very disappointed. I had bathroom sink problems, as they would not empty properly. These guys insisted there had to be a blockage. However, the problem ended up being caused by the wrong drains being installed instead.

I was In desperate need of a Capacitor for my central air conditioner and Grover was my savior! No other place had them in stock and the price was very fair. Their knowledgeable staff helped me make sure I was purchasing the correct thing too and they assured me that if it didn’t work I could bring it back and return it no problem :) I will definitely be coming back here

I was stuck with a complicated plumbing problem getting water to flow from a 1.5” shower drain to a grey water tank beneath my camper van. The pipes, inlets and outlets were all different. I struggled with this for a long time. Daniel figured it out in five minutes. And where he could, he worked with me to save on cost. Daniel was very helpful. Super professional and friendly. I will keep coming here.
