Grover's Pay & Pack Electric and Plumbing

I think Grover’s has great and helpful staff but their prices are a bit high. The help is 10x superior to Home Depot or Lowe’s but I’m not sure I would have purchased the parts I did knowing the price :( otherwise, the help and encouragement was somewhat worth the extra money. Price on Amazon was $240 with free shipping. Price at Grover’s was $370! I definitely don’t want to wait a day or two for the part :(

I am so impressed with Grovers. I am pretty ignorant with all things electric, but I came in with a couple of pictures and they made sure I left with exactly what I needed without treating me like I was dumb or should know better. I will make sure to stop by here instead of a box store in the future. You can't find this kind of service anymore.

Be very careful if you order anything through Grover’s. We ordered shower curtains a month ago and they have not shipped and Grover’s say we can’t cancel the order. Now the contractor will need to come back to install them. This is why people order through Amazon. They’re fast with great return and cancellation policy. I gave them a “3” for the in store service.

6 January 2024 Saturday 4pm - Michael was amazing! Hopefully I'll have my tub leak free again shortly, very well stocked store for every little bit and piece needed for tub plumbing repairs and Michael was a huge help on changing a washer gasket.
