G&S Coastal Roofing

George and this team did an amazing job from start to finish. He throughly explained the estimate and time frame for our roof. They even managed to get our first shingle choice which had been backordered originally. Materials were dropped off and a few days later the crew came and removed the old and installed the new. Completed the entire roof in a single day. The workers did a good job with cleanup around the property. We did have a few minor issues that were quickly addressed and resolved. A seperate crew came out a few days after and did the reroof on our flat roof over the lanai. Two really nice guys who helped rework some longstanding issues we were having with the runoff into the main gutter. All around excellent job done by G&S, we couldn't be happier with our new roof.

UPDATE: G&S coastal roofing is a scam- it took over a year but he was found guilty of everything I said. DBPR ( professional licensing board ) fined him 5000.00/ class 3 felony and whatever license he and his wife were using was revoked in 8/2024. He also owes me restitution which of course he has ignored. Did I cause him to lose his license? Yes because I held him accountable, but in reality he lost it because he is an unscrupulous con man. He can say what he wants about me but he is a liar and cheat and this is verified factually with DBPR/ state of Florida. Took 19800.00 for metal roof materials on 12/09/22. Said needed large deposit to lock in metal roof materials immediately.Never bought any metal roofing materials. After demand letter to return my money he refused. 9 months later he

Overcharged me and took months to refund me. Never got my release of lien papers. Beware of employee Robert * Bobby robello.

I haven't seen the roof but friends think it looks good. I requested warranty information be forwarded to my Ohio residence but I haven't received.

They did a great job replacing the roof and sky lights did it in a timely manner considering the consequences of the hurricane.
