GS Flooring

I had GS Flooring install both carpet and flooring in my home less than a year ago—and I even paid extra for tile removal. Despite my home being built in 1985 (meaning the foundation had long since settled), the new flooring started showing problems by June, just six months after installation. I contacted GSI immediately and sent them photos, but all I’ve received since are delays and excuses. Every time I call, I’m told things like, “The manager will call you back in 15 minutes,” or “The owner is out.” As of November, the issue remains unresolved. Regardless of whether they eventually fix the problem, GS Flooring’s customer service has been a major disappointment. While I understand that products can sometimes fail, the way a company treats its customers in these situations speaks volume

Terrible experience with this company. I would never go back and tell all the people i know not to go there either.. When putting new flooring in my house after the first room the product continued to break and crack where it was supposed to seal i called up the owner Gary and he came by the house to check out what was going on one of his installers verified it’s the same way he would lay it as what we were doing.. he continually tried to blame the faulty product on us installing it incorrect... I have tons of pictures of each ones that were broken and could put them all on but I’ll spare that. Anyways just bad business and i wouldn’t recommend them or the product they sell.. plus on top of all the experience i ended up going to home-depot and bought another floor for my house for the same

My contractor suggested I go to GS Flooring and see if I could find what I wanted since I had not had much luck. I am so happy I went to GS Flooring. I told them what I was looking for, showed them my paint samples, and the second piece of flooring they pulled out was a keeper. Gary, the owner, is very hands on. He came by to go over the project with me a couple of months before we got started. He has come by several times to check on the install and make sure I am happy. They are doing my whole house, but, if I were to need flooring again, GS Flooring would be my first stop. Excellent product, excellent installation, and exemplary customer service! Thanks Gary

Great customer service, knowledgeable and very friendly staff. The helped me with my questions on a gym turf installation and found me the supplies I needed. Highly recommend
